It was a great expewrience being able to see the dinisours close up was so goog. the presentation and cast members contributed to make it so believable. our party was myself a 77 year young grandfather with my two grandchildren aged 10 and 8 and they loved every minute.

What an amazing and unforgetable time. The staff from security to booking in a and our park rangers were all amazing and added to the whole experiance. The set up was amazing and felt like you was in the movie. Towards the end when we meet blue then the lights went out and red emergency light came on and t rex come out from the movements and sound it was so life like. Will be a day we will never forget thank you to all the staff also because of all of you and the team it was an experiance of a life time.

The experience was fun and entertraining but the extra price for the VIP ticket didn't seem to add anything more to the experience expect for the queue jump...

I was not overcrowded (Friday). actors and actresses were engaging. Exhibits were well constructed. We felt it was a bit pricy but overall it kept us all busy for the hour. Note the review only lets you submit if you give 4 stars or above (with 3 stars you have to choose a reason)

Getting started

Arrive at NEON at Battersea Power Station and proceed to the main entrance for ticket validation and a brief security check. Staff will guide you to the starting point, where you’ll begin your journey through the iconic gates into the Experience.

What to expect

Inspired by the blockbuster film franchise, this exhibition brings the legendary park to life with interactive exhibits and realistic animatronic dinosaurs. The experience is designed for all ages and offers a unique blend of entertainment and education.

Gentle Giants Zone: Encounter a majestic Brachiosaurus and learn about the herbivores that once dominated the prehistoric landscape.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID if requested at the entrance.

Bring your booking confirmation (digital or printed) for entry.

Only card payments are accepted at the venue; bring a payment card for any on-site purchases.

What’s not allowed

Strollers and prams are not allowed inside the Experience; pram parking is available at entry.

Only registered or validated service dogs are permitted; no other animals are allowed.

Professional photography and video recording equipment are not allowed without prior written consent.

Meals, refreshments, and outside food or drink are not permitted inside the Experience.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the venue.

Accessibility

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

Accessible toilets are available inside the Experience.

Complimentary Carer tickets are available for guests with accessibility needs; valid documentation is required.

The Experience contains strobe lighting, sudden loud noises, and theatrical fog/haze, which may not be suitable for guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Children under 3 enter free; all other guests require a ticket.

All children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are valid for a specific entry time; last entry is 1 hour before closing.

Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your ticketed entry time.

There is no time limit inside the Experience; the average visit is 45–60 minutes.

Jurassic World: The Experience is a cashless environment and only card payments are accepted.
