What to bring

• Wear comfortable shoes for this experience.
• Shutterbugs don't leave your camera behind.
• Get a reusable water bottle on this tour.
• Bring your hats and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Get a jacket too, to weather the cool winds.
• If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear special warm clothes

What's not allowed

• Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large tote bags.

Accessibility

• This experience is not recommended for pregnant women and people with mobility impairments.

Additional information

• Children aged 3 and under are restricted from participating in this experience. Children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult.
• It is recommended to wear long trousers and sturdy walking or casual shoes; skirts, slippers, high heels, multilayered outfits, and white clothing are not advised.
• The basket is about 4 feet tall and has 2 foot holds on the side to use as a step ladder to enter and exit the basket unassisted
• Guests are expected to remain standing throughout the flight.
• There are no restrictions based on weight for the experience; however, we request that individuals over 220 pounds mention their weight at the time of reservation.
• Complimentary pickup service is included. Please be present in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your designated pickup time. If you have shared your mobile number, you will receive a text message containing your driver's information and a link to live tracking for your convenience.
• Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided on every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given.
• Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received.

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.

• This is applicable to hotels in Cairns, Palm Cove and Cairns Northern Beaches.

• If your hotel is not in the pickup zone, you will be provided with the nearest pickup location.

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel.
