Excellent deal. Lowest price and Best experience. I loved the views and the audio explanations. Well planned stops. Maybe You could just add where to hop off for toilet 🙂 It took a while for the bus to arrive to our first stop and It wasn't clear that we had to download the Topview app to download the tour tickets before steping on the bus, but they helped us very kindly and afterwards, it was amazing all the way. Besides weather was cold and some of the seats were wet, the tour was amazing, and the cruise was delightful.

Very convinient, best to get a view of the main sites. I'd say that the only thing that should be improved is adding the bus stops for every company on the app, I tried clicking on the links but ended up in a Zendesk login page. It took me a while to find the correct stop.

Lo mejor es que esta estrategicamente elegido el recorrido y sus paradas para que puedas conocer totalmente Londres... hay que tener en cuenta que es necesario bajar la App de la empresa Top View (o la que hayas elegido) para poder pegar los QR que obtienes de Hop On - Hop Off para que te funcionen el el bus. Tomate el tiempo para hacerlo tranquilamente en tu hotel con wi-fi para no tener inconvenientes. Igualmente los chicos que se encuentran en las paradas te ayudan para hacer esta operación de forma correcta. Hay que tener en cuenta también que hay varias empresas de buses de paseo que se comercializan en la página Hop On - Hop Off, pero solo podrás hacer uso de aquella que hayas escogido en tu compra ( Top View, TooT, Big Bus, etc.). Es una excelente opción para conocer correctamente la ciudad de que se trate. Atrévete a dejarte guiar por HeadOut. Ariel The best part is that the route and stops are strategically chosen so you can fully experience London. Keep in mind that you need to download the Top View app (or whichever company you chose) to scan the QR codes you get from Hop On Hop Off for them to work on the bus. Take the time to do this at your hotel with Wi-Fi to avoid any problems. The staff at the bus stops will also help you with this process. It's also important to note that several tour bus companies are listed on the Hop On Hop Off website, but you can only use the one you selected when you purchased your ticket (Top View, TooT, Big Bus, etc.). Wat ook superjammer is, is dat de bussen geen 24 uurs ticket bieden maar dat je maar tot 18 uur uiterlijk! Kan reizen, dus eigenlijk is het een 10 uurs ticket. We moesten lang wachten op de bus, zeker meer dan een kwartier ( ook op zaterdag) en dat een paar keer. En dat geworstel met die kaartjes die niet op het systeem van de bus werken, belachelijk dat dat nog niet opgelost is, er hebben al zoveel mensen over geklaagd. Kost ook héél veel tijd van de medewerkers ( die erg behulpzaam waren maar het ook niet in 1 x voor elkaar kregen. )

good tour around London, but unfortunately to long a time waiting for the next bus on a stop. The ticket system where I had to maually input the tickets in the Topview app (on a driving bus really very difficult) are not up to standards for 2026!!! the tickets for the river cruise for 2 of the 5 persons did not work at all ( not possible to download these!!!) this was very disappointing
