Our group very much enjoyed being able to hop on and hop off the double-decker bus. Our guides were very knowledgeable and informative! Shout out to Ellen, she was entertaining, easy to hear and understand, and knowledgeable. I did not give five stars because the app that we were told to use was not user-friendly. It would be great to be able to see in real time where the buses are on the route. We also were frustrated because we were told buses arrive every 25 to 35 minutes however we waited over an hour for the bus to arrive at a stop and 45 minutes at another stop

Such a great way to relax and see the city since I we were first timers there. The driver and the tour guide (Linda) were wonderful. The time schedule was perfect, the pick-up/drop-off stop was close to our hotel. Definitely worth the time and money to take the bus tour.

We appreciated learning about the history of the various places. It was nice being able to get off the bus at different stops to explore and then proceed onward to other stops. As we are older, we knew we wouldn't have time to explore at each stop. This service allowed us to choose what we were most interested in exploring further. Really liked the seats up top! A pleasant way to explore New Orleans.

The route and stops are very good, support staff at the stops were great. The only issue was the guides. One of then spoke too fast for us to understand. Also i wish they would be more informative of the historical sites and less jokes or irrelevant facts. Such as how much drinks he had,One of the male guides even went as far as making a political remark which in my opinion should be kept to people that ask his opinion. There was a great lady guide that we enjoyed her narrative.

The tour was very good, however there were a couple of things that could be improved: 1. Speaker was quite static at times & hard to hear the commentary well. 2. All the information about the trip says "complete tour takes 1.5hours, however it took about 50min to get through the first 1/3 of the tour, so this estimate may need to be looked at, as we ran out of time to complete the entire loop. 3. The signage also states ~25mins between buses, we had to wait about 50mins for a bus

Le début du parcours était un peu désorganisé. De plus le bus était bondé donc nous étions en bas ce qui nous empêchait de voir ce qui était à voir. Au milieu du parcours, nous sommes déposés à un endroit mais pour remonter dans le bus, le chauffeur s'est arrêté plus loin. Nous avons fait le reste du parcours en haut et là, le trajet était plus intéressant. Ça reste une belle expérience
