Osaka Castle was an amazing experience and definitely one of the must-see places in Osaka. The view from the top was stunning, offering a magnificent panorama of the city and making the visit feel very special. Inside, the exhibition was very enriching, informative, and well presented. I learned a lot about the history of the castle, the city, and the people connected to it. The combination of breathtaking views and cultural discovery made this visit unforgettable. Buying tickets on line avoided a long wait in the ticket purchase queue. The queue for the elevator was also very long so we climbed the stairs. It was actually fine as we stopped on each floor and took the time to look at the excellent displays. Good views from the top. Perhaps only criticism, while the numbers going up were being managed, there were still too many people inside. I'd recommend the total number allowed access at any given time be reduced.

We got there my husband said oh I don't want to stand in line and go out to the castle since there was so many people. It was cherry blossom season and all the cherry blossoms out in the soccer park. It's beautiful. Anyway, I noticed some people with a QR code and I asked and they said they booked them through you and I did it right there and you sent them to me within a minute and we win it with no problem. We skipped the line!

My visit to Osaka Castle was amazing from start to finish. The ticket purchasing process was very efficient, allowing me to save time and focus on enjoying the experience. The museum inside the castle is rich in information and offers a deep insight into an important part of Japan’s history. I learned a lot and left with a greater appreciation for Japanese culture. An exciting ride to the 60 th floor. Even with some wet weather we could see most of the sites of interest and loved the high tech screens on each corner. Finishing with a wonder thru the souvenir store and meeting mascot Abenobea was a treat and mt new grand childrenwill love the gifts. And finally a local beer at bar and outdoor seating on 58. Oh and best loo with a view

We didn't waste any time standing in line at the Osaka Castle by buying our tickets with headout. When we arrived to the castle the ticket line was long so decided to go online instead. The process was super easy and we were inside the castle within 10 minutes. The experience was amazing and stress free.

Harukas 300 Observatory

No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.

Osaka Castle

Large luggage, sharp metals, and food and drinks are not permitted in the castle. Only water is allowed on the premises.

Flash photography is not allowed in certain areas of the castle.

Harukas 300 Observatory

Wheelchairs are available on the 16th floor and are subject to availability.

Osaka Castle

Free admission will be given to visitors with disability certificates. One companion can also be admitted for free.

The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on a certain day, strollers will not be allowed.

Entry is free for children of 3 years and below. They must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9am to 4:30pm only (last call for pick up at 5pm).
