What to bring

• Carry a smartphone with a working camera and internet connection to access and display your digital ticket.

• Ensure your device is charged, as tickets cannot be used if the device is switched off or malfunctioning.

What’s not allowed

• Splitting into smaller groups after booking is not permitted; all guests must travel together under one reservation.

• Digital special tickets cannot be combined with other tickets or IC cards, and cannot be used at non-QR-supported ticket gates.

Additional information

• Digital tickets are valid for one day from 3:00am to 2:59am the following day; activation must be done after 3:00am on the day of use.

• Tickets will be invalid if activated between 12:00am and 2:59am for the same day.

• In case of service disruptions, operations may be suspended without prior notice. Refunds are subject to the railway operator’s discretion.

• If ticket details cannot be verified due to device issues, a separate fare will be charged.

• Refunds must be processed through the original place of purchase.

• Recommended device requirements include iOS 15 or later with Safari, or Android 10.0 or later with Chrome.

• For travel between Kyoto and Osaka Umeda, reserved seating on the Hankyu Kyoto Line “PRiVACE” service is available at an additional cost and can be booked in advance or onboard, subject to availability.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
