What’s not allowed

Flip-flops or sandals are not allowed inside the bathing areas.

No animals are permitted, including service animals.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the hammam.

Glass containers and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

The use of mobile phones and cameras is not permitted inside the bathing areas to ensure guest privacy.

Children under 12 years old are not permitted.

Accessibility

The hammam is wheelchair accessible, though staff assistance is required to access certain areas such as the pools.

Some zones may require a basic level of independent mobility.

Additional information

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time; late arrivals may result in reduced bathing time.

Showering before entering the baths is mandatory for all guests.
