Getting started
Arrive a little before your scheduled time and check in at reception. You’ll receive a towel, non-slip socks, and access to the changing rooms. After a quick shower, follow the soft lighting toward the bathing area where the session begins.
What to expect
Seven thermal pools
- Move through warm, hot, and cold pools designed to relax muscles and improve circulation. Each pool has a different temperature, letting you ease into the rhythm of the hammam ritual.
Turkish bath
- Step into the steam room where humidity opens up your skin and helps release toxins. This prepares your body for deeper relaxation or your upcoming massage.
Hot stone rest
