• Booking confirmation and matching credit card may be required at check-in.

• Outside food, beverages, weapons, illegal substances, and drones.

• Pets, inflatables, skateboards, scooters, and professional cameras without approval.

Accessibility

• Some Lagoon areas include steps and may limit mobility access.

• Arrive-before-1pm bookings must check in before 1pm or beds may be released.

• Guests under 16 are not permitted to enter FINNS Beach Club.

• Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 and above.

• Management may refuse entry for inappropriate attire or disruptive behaviour.
