What to bring

• Your digital ticket (on phone). Make sure it is accessible (a charged phone, good internet if needed).

• Valid photo ID may be needed if purchasing alcohol.

• Comfortable clothing & shoes (it’s a large venue, a lot of walking).

• Sun protection: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, as much of the venue is outdoors.

• Small personal items, e.g. any medication, essential toiletries. If you have allergies, know your allergens and maybe carry any medicine/inhalers. Outlets will list common allergens.

• For families: items for young children (snacks, wipes, etc.). Baby food is allowed.

What’s not allowed

• Illegal substances.

• Own food & drink (outside food/drink) not permitted, except for baby food or special dietary items in certain circumstances.

• Weapons or sharp objects.

• Flags, banners, etc, with political slogans or imagery.

• Animals (pets), except service animals/guide dogs.

• Glass bottles or containers are likely to be disallowed; external drink containers are generally not allowed.

• Selfie-sticks or professional filming / photography equipment beyond personal use.

Accessibility

• The venue is wheelchair accessible. Key grandstands (Pitch 1) are accessible, with pod (Accessible Viewing areas) located in several stands: South Stand, West, East, and North.

• VIP/Hospitality areas have lift access where needed (e.g., North Grandstand VIP seats have a lift to the POD viewing area).

• POD toilets are available at all toilet locations, including general and VIP areas.

• Baby-changing & nursing facilities available: near the Soft Play tent, beside Pitch 2, in West Village, and in VIP areas.

• For people with service animals/guide dogs: permitted. However, staff warn about noise, crowds, etc.

Additional information

• Alcohol & Age: You must be 21+ to purchase/consume alcohol at licensed areas. ID needed. Alcohol is only served in licensed zones.

• Last Entry / Re-entry: Last entry is 8pm. Re-entry after 9pm is not allowed.

• Free parking is available in designated areas.

• Weather: The event is outdoors, so expect sun/heat during the day; evenings may be cooler. Bring layers (light jacket or shawl), especially if staying late.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
