Es wurde viel hintergrundwissen vermittelt. Die Führung war sehr informativ. Aufgrund eines hohen touristenaufkommens wurde kurz vor Einlass der Zugang zur Spitze geschlossen. Es wurde angeboten, entweder die Kosten zu erstatten und nur bis Level 2 zu gehen, oder eine Stunde zu warten und doch noch bis ganz nach oben zu gehen. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass uns die zweite Variante ermöglicht wurde und wir doch noch diesen grandiosen Ausblick von der Spitze genießen durften.

Wir haben einen Aufstieg zur Dämmerung gewählt. Während der Wartezeit hat der Guide interessante Dinge zum Eiffelturm und Paris erzählt. Aufstieg dann in der Dämmerung.Einfach perfekt. Bilder mit Beleuchtung der Stadt auf Ebene 2 und 1. Unten gann noch die Lichter vom Eiffelturm von unten. Einfach toll!

Hendriks, unser Guide, war super. Durch seine Erzählungen wurde die Wartezeit verkürzt und es war interessant und informativ. Er hat es auf eine lustige und lockere Art vermittelt. Man hatte genug Zeit sich alles anzusehen. Super Tour. Jederzeit wieder!

We loved our Eiffel Tower climbing tour with host JD. He was fun and did an amazing job entertaining us through 1,5 hour of queeing. The meeting point was a bit confusing due to 2 addresses on the Where to Go information - but we came in good time ahead and found fellow tour tour- tourists. The Eiffel Tower area was a gem. Loved everything about it. Deeply fascinating - and as we climbed the stairs the Sun started shining. Epic.

Notre "guide" était très sympathique et a rendu la longue attente supportable. J'ai trouvé l'expérience de booking en amont assez peu claire. Il n'était fait mention nulle part que le guide serait en anglais (pas cool pour nos enfants qui ne parlent que français ou allemand) Il n'était pas clairement expliqué en quoi consisterait le role de ce guide (en gros plutôt une hotesse d'accueil pour aider à patienter, et lâcher les visiteurs au premier étage). Le contenu des explications du guide était ok mais pas renversant non plus... j'aurais aimé avoir plus d'explication techniques concernant la construction de la tour eiffel, des anecdotes etc.

In pratica acquisti un pacchetto che comprende biglietto e guida, anche se devi comunque fare la coda per ritirare il biglietto (attesa di almeno un'ora). La guida Melanie è molto preparata e gentile. l'organizzazione in totale non ottima dato che dopo essere saliti a piedi al primo piano abbiamo perso contatto con la guida stessa e abbiamo proseguito in maniera autonoma. Sicuramente da rivedere la loro organizzazione, nessuna colpa per la guida che doveva comunque seguire 20 persone.

Pensavo di saltare la coda di ingresso, invece abbiamo fatto più di 2 ore di coda. La guida pensavo restasse per tutto il tour invece ci ha accompagnati soltanto fino al primo piano. Il biglietto è troppo costoso rispetto al normale prezzo del biglietto che si acquista all'ingresso. Il sevizio non vale il prezzo.

What to bring

Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.

This experience involves a lot of walking and climbing. It's highly recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes in order to fully enjoy this experience.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

This tour is not accessible for individuals with mobility impairments.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your guide will purchase the tickets for you after you arrive. The wait time to purchase tickets can be up to 2 hours, but rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait.

It is recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
