Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

Amazing Experience at Dubai Frame! I booked my tickets through Headout, and the whole process was super smooth. The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. The views from the top are incredible — one side shows Old Dubai and the other New Dubai, and the glass floor walkway is a must-try! The inside galleries are well-designed and showcase Dubai’s past, present, and future beautifully. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely worth visiting. The Museum of the Future is visually spectacular — the architecture alone is stunning and truly futuristic. But once inside, I couldn’t help feeling that the technologies and exhibits are quite outdated for something that promises to showcase the future. As a tech enthusiast, I expected to be wowed with innovation and interactivity, but it felt more like a glimpse of 2025, not 2070. You can spend some quality time there, but honestly, there’s a lot of room for improvement in terms of the actual experience versus the hype.

As I am senior citizen 75 years old & my wife 71 years old, we had 3 small size hand bags , we had water & food in them, I was told to be reserved in the luggage room, we should have registered at the time of booking to access, as I saw many people had bags with them , they were younger than us; we had not been treated fairly

I really enjoyed my visit to Dubai Frame. The views from the top were stunning, and the experience of walking on the glass floor was exciting. The staff were friendly, and the exhibition showcasing the past and future of Dubai made the visit even more memorable. Overall, it was a unique and enjoyable experience

The ease of getting in due to the tickets booked on Headout was the starting point of a great experience. The elevator zips you to the top floor, and the view from there is simply spectacular! Really enjoyed the glass floor, scary at first, but then the view is mesmerizing as you stare down below

What a experience it was, Just Amazing. Headout booking made it easy for the check-in and the surprise was getting 10% discount on the booking which was really nice. My family had a great time and especially my kid had a lovely time.

Point of View: You have now entered the year 2071. A lot has changed since you stepped into the museum. Remember, you are an important contributor to the overall experience and not a mere spectator of someone else’s work.

You'll typically find a museum displaying fine art, history, and traditions of various cultures- but the Museum of the Future is no typical museum! It takes you on a voyage, 50 years into the future, with quite a bit to show you!

The Museum of the Future is spread across 7 floors (only 5 are accessible though). Each floor has something specific in store for you. Divided into 5 "chapters", you'll feel like you're back in school as you tackle topics like climate change, ecology, health, wellness, spirituality, imagination, and the future of space travel and living! With the use of immersive theater, interactive exhibits, and themed attractions, this will be a fun museum experience unlike most.

Dubai Frame

The Dubai frame sports an award-winning design that perfectly captures the entire skyline in the heart of Dubai. Designed to showcase both the new and old sights in a single frame, this rectangular structure rises up to an unbelievable 150 meters. The venue also features a museum that showcases the transition of Dubai from a fishing village to an iconic metropolis.

Museum of the Future

Tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot.

Museum of the Future has a strict policy for maintaining the time slot selected. Besides a grace period of 30 mins before/after the selected time slot, early/late entrance to the Museum will be denied.

Children under the age of 4 can go free but a free ticket should be booked online.

Individuals under the age of sixteen (16) years require a ticket and are to be accompanied by an adult.

You are encouraged to travel via Metro or other more sustainable means. Self-parking for museum ticket holders on the day of validity is available free of charge for 3 hours, however, parking spaces are limited and subject to availability (electric car charging is available). Valet parking is available at an additional charge.

The full self-guided visit is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. If you miss your entry time, the attraction will try to accommodate you on the next available time slot on the same day, based on availability.

Please dress in a manner that is appropriate for a public space in the UAE and is respectful of the local culture.

Food and beverages are available for purchase and are to be consumed in designated areas.

Caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes floor, but not past the entry barrier. No food or drink is allowed in the other exhibitions out of concern for the safety of all guests.

Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at the GATE 4 Counter.

Differently-abled people can enter for free.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID.
