Swaying gently on the Yarra River awaits the mighty vessel Spirit of Melbourne, at Southbank Promenade, to welcome you onboard. You'll spend the next 3 evening hours eating, drinking, and making merry against an almost poetic backdrop of the Melbourne cityscape. It's not going to be easy to focus on the stunning views of the Royal Botanical Gardens or Riverside Park when there's so much delicious food in front of you.
Spanning 4 courses, each dish is meticulously prepared by top chefs using locally sourced high-quality ingredients. From non-vegetarian delicacies like lamb kofta and barramundi to vegetarian delights including ratatouille filo parcel, there's something for everyone.
