It was my first Thames Dinner Cruise as celebrated my 65 Birthday. I liked that evening on the ship very much. Especially I loved music and dancing. The meal also was tasty. Thank you very much!

We had a great evening and dinner cruise. Everything from boarding, the trip down the river and back taking in the sights of the city in daylight (outbound) and then in darkness (on return) to the quality of the food, table service and live entertainment was first class.

The food was better than expected, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by poor service. When booking, we were able to select our table. Someone was already seated at our table, so we stood in the middle of the boat for about 10 minutes while staff figured out where to seat us. It was very embarrassing. Eventually we were given alternative seats, but we asked to sit near a window at an empty table. We were told it would be £25 extra, and we didn't care about the price. However, after we were seated, we received very poor service compared to the tables around us. We had to ask for additional drinks and for our plates to be cleared. Yet, the servers were very attentive to other tables. We kept having to get the attention of different staff members because our servers ignored us. But when it came time to settle our bill, one of the servers who spent the entire night ignoring us was suddenly very friendly and very helpful.

The servers and staff accommodated my every request, making the evening all the more special. The crew was courteous, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. Thank you for making this one of the highlights of my visit to London.

Great evening. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary in n style and it delivered. The staff were friendly and helpful. Meal was nice and singer great.

Attended the dinner cruise with friends for my birthday, it was great fun the food was excellent and we got up and had a good dance too!
