Great experience. I changed the voucher for Alilaguna at the ticket office at the airport. I struggled a bit to find the machine to collect my 7 days Vaporetto card with my voucher/PIN code. It was poorly signposted and I asked several people until a lovely lady bus driver told me where it was. At platform F. But the operation went well once I had located the ticket machine. The two trips with Alilaguna went smoothly, and so did all my trips with Vaporetto. The CheBateo app was brilliant for planning my Vaporetto trips. I did not use the bus.

Nous avons réservé le combo Vaporetto 2 jours + l'aller retour avec Alilaguna pour Venise depuis l'aéroport. Tout s'est très bien passé. Reçu rapide par mail et facile d'exploitation. Petit bémol sur le retour pour l'aéroport, le QR code n'a pas fonctionné et il nous a fallu aller voir l'accueil pour valider que nous avions bien procédé à un paiement. Tarif et marge très correct compte tenu du fait qu'on a pu prendre 2 bateau-bus différents sur le même paiement. Rares sont les plateformes qui le proposent.

Es war großartig, wir konnten 2 Tage lang alles nutzen und sind überall hingekommen was wir uns vorgenommen haben mit den Tickets. Super einfach online bestellen und bezahlen und an einen der vielen Automaten einfach dem Code aus der Mail eingeben und Zack kommt das Ticket und los geht der Spass. Ob an Land oder übers Wasser, es war grandios und super bequem mit euch zu fahren. Ein großes Lob an all die tollen Fahrer, es war uns ein Vergnügen! Wir können diese Ticket nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Le service des vaporetto est super et surtout indispensable si vous voulez vraiment profiter de Venise. Cela nous a permis de faire tous les quartiers et quelques îles environnantes. Le prix est vraiment très correct compte tenu des services rendus. Voyages illimités et sans se préoccuper des horaires. Il est très facile de se repérer pour prendre le vaporetto que l'on souhaite. Ils sont très nombreux et plusieurs vont au même endroit. En un mot, parfait.

Ich sage nur : GUT UND GÜNSTIG. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, vom Online Kauf des Tickets bis zur Fahrt mit Bus und Vaporetto. Der Service ist super gut. Die Vaporettos und Busse kommen pünktlich. Die Wasserfahrten mit dem Vaporetto haben uns gut gefallen... man kann immer wieder ein- und aussteigen, wo man will. Die Stationen sind gut beschriftet, so dass man sich nicht verfahren kann. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank.

Excellent. Bought 3 day. 72 hrs and used them daily. At least 10 x a day. We even stayed on for the entire route one day. You get a fabulous tour of the city that way. Swipe and go. Love it!! Great website. Only wished we knew on the front end. That we could have taken a vaporetto from the airport into the town. I think everybody's a little confused. How to get around before you actually do it.

It is very easy to use. You go to the vendor machine at the pier which they provided, and scan the QR code then you can take the ticket. Having the ticket, you do not need to worry about the transportation, you can travel anywhere except the airport line and some designated routes.

Alilaguna Water Bus Transfers

Your tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

One-way tickets are valid only for one single-way journey. You can either travel to the airport or from the airport.

Round-trip tickets must be kept securely and used within 30 days from the date of first validation.

In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus & Mainland Bus Pass

Tickets must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport.

You can use your pass anytime within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Your validity period begins upon first use of the pass. Once validated, you can use your pass for the number of days selected during purchase.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID.

Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus Pass & Mainland Bus Tickets

You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher.

You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.
