Seamless activation

First, download the Copenhagen Card App. Use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Once you visit your first attraction, your pass will be activated!

Feeling old school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. You can also show this version of your pass on your phone.

Activate your card on the app and start exploring. After activation, your card will be valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours, depending upon the option you select.

Additional information

Every adult carrying a Copenhagen Card ADULT can bring up to two children between the ages of 3 -11 for free with a free Copenhagen Card KIDS that must be booked.

Children between 12-15 must get a Copenhagen Card JUNIOR.

Infants between 0 - 2 do not need a card.

You can visit each attraction only once.

Some attractions might require pre-booking. If pre-booking is necessary, you can find a guide on how to pre-book tickets with your Copenhagen Card in the individual descriptions of the attractions.

How Do I Use My Pass

Your pass gives you access to Hop-On Hop-Off buses and 40+ Attractions mentioned here.

Download the Copenhagen Card City Guide app for android or for iOS.

Redeem your digital card from the mobile app using the order number mentioned in your final ticket.

Activate your card on the mobile app before starting to explore. Your pass validity starts from the time of activation.

You can then use the digital pass directly at all attractions/Hop-on Hop-off buses.
