Phuket Carnival was truly a magical experience from start to finish. The entire place feels like stepping into a vibrant fantasy world, filled with color, music, and energy. The main show was absolutely amazing—professionally performed, engaging, and full of surprises. What really stood out was the exceptional light show, with stunning visuals that created an unforgettable atmosphere. We also enjoyed a very nice buffet dinner, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Everything was well-organized and clean. The amenities throughout the venue were great—comfortable seating areas, clear signage, and plenty of facilities that made the evening smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a must-visit attraction in Phuket, especially for families or anyone looking for a unique and entertaining night out.

Carnival Magic was amazing. So colorful and entertaining. The parade was so fun. All age group people can enjoy it. After that, the main show was amazingly shocking. I dont know how do they manage it, but it makes you think. Such larger than life show. The place is full of entertainment. But one has to walk a lot. Parade starts at 7.15, so if you have opted for dinner, finish the dinner before 7.10 pm. Then enjoy the parade, then show and then the light area.

The best value for money tickets! The combo ticket made it super easy to enjoy both Carnival Magic and Andamanda Water Park in one trip. Everything was well organized, entry was smooth, and both attractions were amazing—fun, clean, and perfect for a full day of entertainment. Highly recommended!

Headout is a useful application. While visiting Phuket I've planned all tours via Headout , including Carnival Magic. That one was fantastik! Like fairy tale. I was also impressed , how organisers professionally handled such a huge group of visitors.

Had such a wonderful experience at Carnival Magic. The whole place is incredibly whimsical and really makes you feel like a kid again. The parade was so much fun and full of energy, and the main show was absolutely fantastic — definitely the highlight of the night. The buffet had a massive selection of food and the assigned seating made the whole process really smooth and organised. Even the toilets were themed and whimsical, which just shows how much detail has gone into the entire park! The only part I didn’t love was the petting zoo area. Although the animals appeared well looked after, it still felt like they deserved better conditions. Overall, it was a magical experience and I would definitely go again.

What's not allowed

Pets are not allowed inside the park.

Photography, sound, and video recording are prohibited inside the paradium. You'll be requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones, and all recording devices at the self-service locker hall near the entrance to the paradium before entering.

Accessibility

The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Wheelchair-friendly facilities are available throughout Carnival Magic, including accessible vans, disabled parking, restrooms, wheelchair rentals, ramps, special pathways, lifts to most attractions, glass barriers for clear viewing, and wheeled Paradium seats.

Electric car rental services are available within the Kingdom of Lights, making it easier and more comfortable for guests using wheelchairs to move around the park.

Additional information

The 'River Carnival' parade show takes place at the River Palace Paradium (parade stadium) at 8:30pm, with the gate opening at 8pm, and runs for approximately 45 minutes; on selected pre-announced dates, an additional show may be held at 6:30pm, with the Paradium gate opening 30 minutes before the scheduled parade time.

Bird of Paradise buffet dinner starts from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It may be extended from 5pm to 9pm on busy days.
