the sets with their perfect colors, the mechanisms creating movement, the stage with all its moving parts, the cast and correct scene changes, the “automatic” positioning of masks onto faces, the wonderful actors, the incomparable young Simba, the vocal power of all the actor-singers, the flawless dialogue, the songs, the music, the lighting, the direction…

The story

Years later, guided by his friends and the spirit of his father, he must face his past and embrace his destiny as king. From lush African landscapes to the stampede sequence that redefined stagecraft, The Lion King on Broadway roars with emotion until Simba steps into the light, but can he truly forgive the past?
