Participants should be able to walk on uneven ground and manage short hikes.

Guests must have a full range of motion in their arms to operate the zipline safely.

All guides are professionally trained and certified under ACCT safety standards.

Tours depart from several pickup points, with travel times of approximately 50 minutes from Waikoloa Beach Resort and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Kailua-Kona.
