What's not allowed

• Children under the age of 12 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility

• Passengers can pre-order boarding and alighting assistance from the SBB Call Center Handicap by calling 0800 007 102 or sending an email to mobil@sbb.ch.

• There are special seats available for passengers with impaired mobility and cannot leave their wheelchair. You can book this by calling +41 81 288 65 65 or e-mail to railservice@rhb.ch.

Additional information

• Children aged 5 and under can travel free of charge without entitlement to their own seat.

• Reserved seats will be attributed automatically based on availability.

• The ticket has a 24-hour validity from the beginning of the departure date.

• Your seat reservation voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• You must have a valid travel ticket in addition to the seat reservation to board the Bernina Express.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the boarding point.

• Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your departure to avoid any delays.
