Le train rouge Bernina est une experience magnifique, pleine de surprises et de paysages à tomber. Le personnel du train est très agréable et près à répondre à toutes les questions. J'ai eu un souci avec un des billets de notre groupe qui refusait de s'ouvrir dans l'application hors connexion. N'ayant aucune possibilité d'avoir internet, la contrôleuse m'a partagé sa 4G pour que je puisse afficher le billet et a fait tout de suite les captures d'écran des billets pour les autres contrôles. Pendant notre voyage, nous avons pû prendre beaucoup de photos grâce aux vitres que l'on peut baisser et nous sommes également descendus à plusieurs stations pour prolonger le moment et avant repris le train suivant sans problème. Merci

Llegamos a tirano por la noche, hermoso pueblo. Al dia siguiente tomamos el bernina regional a las 8:49 exactamente a esa hora salio. Son super puntuales. Algo que te recomiendo es llegar unos 30 minutos antes ya que te permiten subir y te da la oportunidad de escoger tu asiendo. El hecho que puedas bajar las ventanas en temporada de verano es maravilloso, no solo por las fotos sino por el clima maravilloso que hace. Es perfecto. Todo el personal de bernina es sumamente respetuoso y siempre dispuestos a asistirte. La gran mayoria habla ingles. Es una experiencia que tienes que vivir.

The Bernina Red Train experience was absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. The views of the mountains, glaciers, and beautiful lakes were unforgettable. The train was clean, comfortable, and the windows offered perfect views for photos. Booking through Headout was incredibly easy and seamless. Excelente, los mejores paisajes!! Es bueno saber que en las paradas del regional se puede bajar quedarse el tiempo necesario para recorrer disfrutar y tomar el siguiente tren que cada 45 ' o una hs pasa el siguiente... Nosotras fuimos hasta chur, un pueblo de encanto y muy accesible .. ya que Zurich es bastante más caro todo..

Riding the Bernina Express was truly an unforgettable experience. The views along the journey were absolutely breathtaking — every moment felt like a postcard coming to life, with stunning mountains, glaciers, and charming alpine villages passing by. The service on board was excellent, with a very attentive and professional staff who made the entire trip even more enjoyable. Everything was extremely well organized, from boarding to the overall flow of the journey, which allowed me to simply relax and fully take in the beauty around me. It’s one of those experiences that goes beyond just transportation — it’s something you feel, appreciate, and remember. Highly recommended for anyone who values incredible scenery combined with comfort and top-level service.
