What’s not allowed

Boarding is not permitted without complete and valid travel documents; incomplete requirements will result in denied boarding.

No cancellations, rescheduling, or transfers are allowed after booking confirmation or boarding pass collection.

Meals, travel insurance, and transfers to/from ferry terminals are not included and cannot be purchased on board.

Large suitcases or oversized luggage may be restricted; check with the ferry operator for specific baggage policies.

Dangerous goods, prohibited items, and pets (except registered service animals) are not allowed on board.
