The Dubai Balloon
Soar to new heights at The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis. Your experience begins with a quick safety briefing by a professional pilot, ensuring a safe and exciting journey. Step aboard the balloon and feel the thrill as it gently lifts off, giving you an unbeatable view of Dubai’s wonders. Marvel at Palm Jumeirah’s signature palm-tree shape, the majestic Atlantis The Royal, and landmarks like Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Ain Dubai. What’s more, you can move around freely in the balloon and snap Insta-worthy photos from every angle, capturing the magic of your flight. After landing, visit the on-site retail store for unique souvenirs to commemorate your adventure.

Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Bring a jacket as it might be cooler once the balloon reaches its maximum height, especially at night.

Eating, drinking, and smoking on the flight are not allowed.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
Aquaventure Waterpark

Diving, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber solesselfie sticks, glassware, alcohol, outside food, beverages, handheld Go Pro, and other action cameras are not allowed inside the premises.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed inside the pool. However, guests can purchase swim nappies or diapers in the gift shops available on the premises.

Strict dress code: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate are not allowed in this experience. However, one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini are allowed on this experience.

Safety is a priority. So, Trident Tower, Tower of Neptune, and Poseidon’s Revenge and Slytherin are restricted for guests under the height of 1.2 m, whereas the Zoomerango and Aquaconda are restricted for guests under 1.07 metres.

The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.

The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.

There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, those who've had major surgery in the last 6 months, or those with height phobia or motion sickness.

All passengers will need to sign the declaration at the venue that he/she doesn’t have any of the health problems mentioned above.

Swimmers under 1.2 metres and inexperienced swimmers are required to wear life jackets.

Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch.

Children under 1.2 metres must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Guests are recommended to remove their eyeglasses and jewellery before riding and store them in the lockers in the park.

Flights last 10 minutes. Duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queues. Allow for potential extended time during peak periods.
