We really enjoyed the Heathrow Express service. We opted for the Express + service and had the whole end of the coach to ourselves. We liked that there was substanital room for our luggage. Using the on-line app to display our tickets after purchasing them online was a snap. The ride was comfortable, quiet, clean, and fast - everything one would want to get back to the airport.

Very convenient and reliable service! Buying the tickets online in advance was definitely a smart choice and made everything quick and easy. There were helpful staff members at the gates in case anyone needed assistance. The journey was smooth and stress-free. I have used this service several times, so was not surprised at how crowded the car was. Would have been nice to have a little more space for the suitcase

I thought it would be just a case of taking a lift to a lower level to catch the Heathrow Express. It took us longer to walk (with suitcases and take lifts) than it took on the train.
