We arrived on a flight from Portugal that had a 14 hr layover on our way home to Vancouver. Our goal was to make the best use of it. We booked a hotel near Piccadilly Station, got our UK ETAs and used the Heathrow Express to blast downtown in 15 minutes and back again the next morning. Got 6 hrs sleep and 4 hours of sightseeing by foot. Hyde Park, St James Park, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace and many more sights. The Heathrow express saved us enough time to pull off our 'Taste of London' experience. Btw, we booked express tickets well in advance to save big bucks.

Buying advance fares on Heathrow express worked out very well. Pulling up the bookings infront of the turnstiles at Heathrow underground was unnerving because of the poor cell connection. Consider being able to transfer the bookings to Apple Wallet.

Using the headout site was quick and easy. Much faster and efficient than using the actual Heathrow site. I wasn't able to bring up the QR code first my ticket and had to open the PDF instead. But I will be using this service again.

Muy buen servicio, rapido, con claras señalizaciones. Coches limpios como así tambien el toilette del tren. Fue un placer llegar tan rápido a la ciudad. Sin duda, lo volvería a elegir.
