I WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT OBTAINING TICKETS ON LINE FOR OUR FERRY JOURNEY FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT INTO VENICE, BUT WITH THE HELP OF RELATIVES (TECHNOPHOBIC) AND STAFF AT HEADOUT I WAS ABLE TO PRINT OFF CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE AND QR CODES. THIS PIECE OF PAPER WAS ALL I NEEDED AS IT WAS ACCEPTED ON BOTH JOURNEYS WITHOUT ISSUES. MY GRANDSON OF 9 AND MYSELF 77 ENJOYED OUT TRIP TO VENICE FOR A LONG WEEKEND. THANKYOU

I have never been on a water bus! I loved the new experience and it was a beautiful sightseeing trip. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I like that it took you right to the airport no traffic, and dealing with a crowd of people. It was relaxing compared to riding the train and having to change trains lugging the luggage each time that was awful having to fight people and the doors shutting on you. The boat was relaxing and I did not dread having to fight my luggage again. Thank you Leslie

This was a wonderful and simple experience to collect our bags at airport and hop on the Ailaguna Orange line to Guglie vaporetto stop five minutes from Our Airbnb! Stunning views on the ride from airport to Venice..

Multiple ways to explore Venice

Venice runs on vaporettos (water buses), sleek water taxis, and romantic gondolas. Walk the charming alleys or hop on a traghetto for a quick canal crossing. Buses and trains connect to the mainland, while bike rentals work in Lido. Taxis exist, but boats rule the lagoon!

Additional Information

Guests are required to exchange their Headout voucher for tickets at a designated point before boarding.

Your tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Round-trip tickets must be kept securely and used within 30 days from the date of first validation.

In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
