We had a long trip to Borneo ahead of us and starting the trip relaxed and well fed was so important to us the entry into the lounge was simple and trouble free the food, drink and comfortable surroundings was excellent, the perfect start to our holiday, many thanks to Headout. Jules and Val.

Great experience overall! The service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The selection of cakes was fantastic, with a huge variety to choose from, and the drinks were a great complement. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed the experience. Good last minute price too. One small suggestion: the announcements could be turned down slightly in volume to create a little more ambiance and a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a lovely place with great service and plenty of delicious choices. We’ll definitely be back!

Really pleasant experience overall. The food was good, staff were friendly, and the lounge was clean. Only minor gripe is the seating could use a refresh.

It was a nice place to relax however the beer tap wasnt working so was stick drinkimg carlsberg. Food was very mid not much selection

Getting settled

Head to Level 2 of Terminal 4 Departures, the lounge is opposite Gates 10A and 10B. Present your booking and photo ID at reception to check in.
