Very smooth and easy find in Heathrow Terminal 2. Not very busy inside so was a nice relaxing environment before my flight. Good selection of drinks, food was pleasant but would perhaps like more fresh fruit and bread.

Service was excellent, staff attentive and ffroenfkt . Not a great variety of good sbd the noodle dish in had was cold. Lounge comfortable and because it was quiet there were plenty of seats.

when i got there the food was not the best there was soup, rice with chicken stew and minced meat, roasted potatoes after paying so much I was dissaponted.The pkace clean at all times. please if you could improve on hot meals

Checked in at desk and was directed to the lounge area.The area was quite busy,but clean and tidy,but I wasn't impressed with the buffet selection, thought it was lacking more choice of food.

It was great for what we needed. Seats were worn out, could use a little TLC, and wish there would be recliners plus the lamp could have dimmers but other than that, it was great.

The service was really good. I enjoyed the experience. It was great to be able to have somewhere comfortable to sit while being able to charge my phone and have something to eat and drink.

Head over to the Plaza Premium Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2 for 3 or 6 hours, with plush seating and a tranquil escape from the terminal crowds.

Getting settled

Head to Level 4 of Terminal 2, the lounge is next to the Terminal Transfer area. Follow the signs past World Duty Free to find the entrance. Present your booking and photo ID at reception to check in.
