James was our guide and was incredibly friendly and insightful about the wine making process and the subtleties of the wine regions and processes. The wines tasting was delicious and paired beatifully with the creative food prepared on site from Brokenwood's own kitchen. The design and decor of the cellar door was modern and inviting. We were only 2 people during the day midweek, but I would love to come back on a Friday evening or weekend and see the bustle and feel the atmosphere of a crowd.
