Local customer support is always ready to help as the service is provided using local UAE SIM cards.

Important Information

This package is exclusively available to tourists visiting the UAE and not to UAE citizens or residents.

According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one SIM Card can be issued per passport.

The passport holder must be at least 16 years old and present at the moment of SIM activation.

You can collect your SIM Card by visiting Etisalat Business Centre or the outlet at Sharjah International Airport in the arrival area.

Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption.

Your redemption voucher will be issued to you separately via care@kitmytrip.com email 24 hours prior to your participation date.

Present the voucher with your original passport and visa (if required to travel) when you pick up the SIM card.

Address: Sharjah International Airport (SHJ), Arrival Area.

After the Customs exit, walk straight to the Arrivals Hall.

Turn right towards the telecom shops before taking the taxi exit.

You'll see the Etisalat store.
