The staff made everything easy, smooth, and most importantly – fun! Our tour guide, Alexa, did an incredible job narrating the journey with the perfect balance of humor, insight, and enthusiasm. She kept us fully engaged while providing interesting facts about the river, the rapids, and the surrounding area. Her energy was contagious and made the trip even more enjoyable. Our captain was equally impressive – extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced. Despite the thrill of the rapids and the powerful force of the water, we felt completely safe and in good hands the entire time. The crew worked seamlessly together, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment while also keeping safety a top priority. The tour itself was exhilarating! The power of the jet boat crashing through the class 5 whitewater rapids is something I’ll never forget. It’s the kind of adventure that leaves you soaked, smiling, and wanting to do it all over again. It was a great experience. It was thrilling fun. The staff present on the boat made it more intresting . I would recommed to do it , if anyone wants a scary but exciting fun activity.

The whole experience was very well organized by the staff...both on shore and on the boat....we felt safe at all times amd the Captain gave us a few "thrills of a lifetime" in the waves of the rapids. A great experience overall amd highly recommend this trip!! Kirk

First was girls at ticket booth , so helpful and so nice-very helpful- then boat safety presentation (Chris I think was his name boat guide) and then the ride. Totally enjoyed getting soaked with the group on the boat (130pm)- theboat guide talked about the river, some history, the power station was very funny - the captain did a great job on control of the boat and accomplised his getting us soaked. For the money it was great, just wished u had a bit more snack food options for waiting - hot dogs-burgers- fries

The boatride was phenomenal in the dry boat because our 13 year old son was only 82 lbs. The ride was intense, especially the anticipation of the class 6 rapids. The waves in the class 5 rapids were intense and watching the people outside in the front was priceless entertainment. Very happy not to get pounded by waves.

Charlie was our driver and Bella was the guide. The whopper was the wettest rapid we hit. Our of everything we experienced at Canada Niagara Falls this was by far the best.
