These tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

What to bring

• Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Depending on the weather, you might want a hat, sunglasses, or a raincoat.

What's not allowed

• Items like weapons, alcohol, and drones are not permitted.

• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted, except for service animals.

• Some areas may restrict photography or video recording, so keep an eye out for signs.

Feeding hours

• Penguins: 9:30am and 2pm (cancelled during winters)

• Chimpanzees: 11am

• Piranha: 11:30am (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)

• Pacu piranha: 12:30pm (Monday to Friday)

• Gorillas: 1pm

• Seals: 10am and 2:30pm
