Known for its passion for Music from a long way back, Bologna is an enchanting city that received the UNESCO Creative City of Music title in 2006. Discover the year-old "musical" side of the city with this walking tour that will take you all around the town center and give you an insight into the musical history of Bologna. As you wander through the streets that whisper the songs and beats of Mozart and Chet Baker, you’ll understand how the city played a great role in the international music scene too.
On your way, you’ll pass by iconic sights such as the Teatro Comunale in Piazza Verdi, Giovan Battista Martini Conservatory in Piazza Rossini, Palazzo Carrati, and the Archiginnasio. Do not forget to stop by and take in the beauty of the ancient organ housed inside the magnificent San Petronio Basilica. As you continue your stroll, spend a few minutes at the Walk of Fame situated at the Quadrilatero market.
