    There were 6 of us (three brothers with spouses) and we booked the visit to the Royal Palace and Gardens of Caserta. Our guide Walter was really good, very professional , knowledgeable and very engaging. The 2 hours of the visit flew by among beautiful rooms, paintings and architecture to admire and understand clearly and also in a nice way with the telling of some very funny anecdotes.     Big, grand, but also a bit overwhelming. There’s just SO much to see. My husband and I split up halfway because he wanted to see the art and I wanted to chill by the fountains. Both happy in the end!

    My parents dragged me here but actually, I liked it more than I thought. The rooms are SUPER detailed, and the fountains outside were a good break from the crowds. Staff was nice.

    Massive palace, lots to see. Some rooms were closed for works but we still spent hours exploring. Staff were helpful when we got lost. Gardens are the real highlight.

    Took my parents for a day out. The palace blew us away, but it’s the gardens that made it special. Waterfalls, statues, and ducks everywhere. Staff were cheerful.
