What to bring

• Please carry your passport or valid photo ID for verification.

• Present your e-voucher on-site for redemption.

• Keep your valuables with you during the trip, as you are responsible for personal belongings.

What’s not allowed

• Skiing without properly fitted ski equipment is not permitted.

• Infants and young children are not allowed to enter the ski resort without proper gear.

• Pregnant women and travelers with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or similar conditions should not participate.

Accessibility

• Pickup and drop-off are available only for hotels located in downtown Seoul.

• Airport transfers are not included.

• If you are bringing luggage, a stroller, baby seat, or wheelchair, you must indicate this at checkout. Larger items may affect vehicle space.

Additional information

• This is a private tour and not a shared group experience.

• Departure is at 07:30 from your designated downtown Seoul hotel.

• Round-trip transfers are limited to Seoul hotels and the selected ski resort; attractions not along the route are not included.

• Children under 36 months may join free of charge but cannot occupy a separate seat or participate in risky skiing activities.

• Children aged 36 months and older must occupy a seat and are charged the same rate as adults.

• Private groups include a 60-minute basic ski lesson. If you choose not to participate, the lesson cannot be refunded.

• If you switch to snowboarding after booking, the basic ski lesson will not be provided and no partial refund will be given.

• The minimum ski equipment size is 20 cm and the maximum is 30 cm (sole length). Participants outside this range cannot ski, and no refund will be issued if equipment does not fit.

• Ski equipment must be worn to enter the ski resort.

• Travel time ranges from approximately 1 to 3 hours and may increase due to traffic, especially on weekends and holidays.

• The trip duration is 10 hours. Overtime will incur an additional charge of KRW 30,000 per hour, payable in cash directly to the driver.

• Outdoor and skiing activities involve inherent risks. The organizer may provide rescue assistance in emergencies but is not liable for injuries or fatalities.

• Personal travel insurance is not included. It is recommended to ensure your insurance covers skiing and third-party liability.

• Late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

• Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the selected date. Cancellations within 0–2 days are not permitted and are non-refundable.

• The voucher must be used on the selected date within operating hours.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
