If a cancellation request is submitted before 10am, at least one day prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations requested before 11:59pm on the day of use will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Non-ski and shuttle-only passengers will arrive at the ski clothing and equipment rental shop together with the ski group and must wait while ski participants change.
