Everything was fantastic! The bus was great. Our narrator Amelia was spectacular. Her insight and knowledge of the palace was incredible. Walking past 500 people to get right in was priceless!!! She deserves a raise and an extra week of vacation!

Thanks to the staff, very helpful and supportive, we was accidentally waiting for bus in wrong place and the guide found us and escorted us to the bus. In general the excursion was perfect, how I love, we came to the Palace, the company staff were accompanied to the entrance and took care we were going in right place, after we fallow the installed in smartphone app, smart guide, which allowed us to avoid queue for audio guide.

Nothing to love, it was just a bus ride and a ticket, and the reseller provided bad information where to meet the Gray line crew that was providing the bus ride.
