CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Versailles is totally WOW! Queuing was organised and we went in by our ticket time. Annoyingly although our ticket said audio was included apparently it wasn't and we had to pay €5 for a very outdated listening device. The tour of the palace is very long- the best bits are right at the start and at the end. Make sure you leave plenty of time to visit the gardens- they are incredible. Definitely recommend hiring a golf buggy or bike to visit petite and grande Trianon as they are amazing.TTaryn-lee B
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5I had a wonderful experience visiting the Eiffel Tower. The whole experience was well organized, and the highlight was having such a kind and considerate guide. They were very helpful, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the visit. The guide shared interesting information about the Eiffel Tower and helped make the experience even more memorable. It was a fantastic day and a beautiful way to discover one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks.JJosé M
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Next to the Palace, which is gorgeous, what impressed me most was your online support with an issue I was having with the admission tickets. The agent was extraordinary and immediately sorted out the situation for me via WatsApp. It was the first time I needed support, but if it's always like this, there is no situation that can't be resolved. Kudos 👏 Thank youPPamela T
SoloVerified booking5 days ago5/5One of the most memorable experiences, I can't say anything negative about this. Ticketing was easy, just show up 15 mins prior to your entry time. Lots to see rich in culture, art and history.. highly recommended. Be prepared to walk a fair bit though, the palace is huge!MMevashnee N
GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve
