We had great visit to the Eiffel Tower. The girls at The Paris Lounge were very personable and most helpful. I am not all too tech savvy and was a bit un prepared upon arrival.They found my reservations and payments without any issues facilitating the process and getting our trip underway.Thanks again. It was my sons (6) first experince at the summit. Mine and my mums 2nd time. On the way to and up to 2nd floor, our lovely guide Emily was so friendly and good with the explanations. I had enough time for translation to Turkish for my son. The whole experince was smooth. I am so happy to have had purchased the tour. We were so fast (by skipping the long line). Recommend everyone who has little time in Paris but dreams about Eiffel.

A magnificent castle, beautifully decorated, with impressive paintings and carpets. A building well worth seeing, featuring exquisite sculptures and ornamentation, and superb architecture. Unfortunately, there were far too many tourists; we had to wait in line for an hour even with a valid ticket.

I arrived on time and followed the instructions, but since I clearly didn’t know how long the tour would take or what my ticket included, I missed the tour of the Trianon and Marie Antoinette’s Village. I hope this helps other visitors get better and more complete information. Best regards!!
