Great way to spend a long airport wait. Limited alcohol choices, but I was happy with the gin, my friend with the vodka and our other friend the white wine. I wasn't keen on the house red.
Such a great selection of food, to help yourself to and to order. Comfy seats and even enjoyed a shower to freshen up!

It is very easy to collect the sim from airport via this online booking. You can collect it from any counter of the telephone company by showing the QR code. Air port sim card rate around 600INR

it was really an easy pick up for my sim cards. It was fast and quick thanks to Headout helped me in prebooking.
One thing to be noted is to specify the pick point more accurately so would be easy for the new ones to find the pick up store.

Staff were friendly lots of beautiful foods comfortable would like to see some
lying recliner chairs as we were waiting there for 7 1/2 hours will be nice to lay relax more but overall was great experience

I always use Plaza Premium first class lounge. I did not know there are 2 different lounge managed by 2 different management with smiilar confusing name. if 2 different management, its not mentioned any where. On top one price and in the buttom of the page I saw another price . very confusing booking process even I am travel agent. on top one price and below is another price. I booked higher price. That is what I am not happy. I learnt my lesson.

Great place to stay over when the airline has rescheduled hours and hours later!
Haireem and the rest of the staff were thoughtful, kind and very accommodating.
My time here was much less of a burden than it would have been otherwise.
I’ll be back even for a short layover.

One word - fantastic! Head outside after baggage pick-up and security and the pop-up is on the left.
The staff member was amazing and it took literally 2mins to do 2 phones.
Price is an unreal bargain for 15gb of data.
Will definitely be using Headout for more activities
