The tour guide and driver were amazing, Francisco and Santos, and the tour itself was fun! The only downside was the pickup time, calling it a sunrise tour, but arriving 2 hours after sunrise was underwhelming. Other than that everything was great

We opted for the ticket with lunch, and it was 100% worth it. The Mexican buffet lunch was delicious and filling — a great way to recharge. The transportation was comfortable and air-conditioned, which made the long day manageable. Everything felt safe, organized, and stress-free. It was a super complete experience, Rodolfo and Kevin were an extraordinary team and we were able to learn a lot about the Mayan culture. The whole tour is totally worth it because it presents a lot of variety and cultural learning.

Best day of our trip! Our guide, Ana, was so passionate and made the history come alive. The ruins are stunning and the cenote was a perfect way to cool off. Bring a towel and change of clothes.

Went with my partner, both loved it. The ruins are spectacular, but the cenote was the surprise highlight for us. If you’re nervous about heights, the Ek Balam climb is a bit much, but the view is EPIC. Guide was super patient answering everyone’s questions.
