Very good experience, time was short, but it was a super good choice for our last day in Florence. But it was a super good choice for our last day in Florence. Both Cristiana (monitor) and Alejandro (driver) very kind and dedicated people, the attention is incredible. Sara, who was a local monitor in Pisa was very kind, she gave us a lot of information and took the time to explain everything in different languages.

The tour guide was awesome! We loved hearing the history of Pisa and the tower. The walking tour was a great way to see the tower and cathedral.

Our guide should be in Italian, it was the only one available when I booked. However, our guide also speeks English and this change that she did in the last minute was awesome (my husband and I we are Brazilian, we don't speek Italian but we speek English). It saved our tour. Besides that, she had great sense of humour and gave us a lot of information about Pisa and all the monuments. We rlhqd a great tome with her!!!

The whole process was very easy from start to finish. The Spanish guide who spoke perfect English met us exactly where we were told by the gate at the opposite end to the Leaning Tower. We were provided with an earpiece to listen to his tour which again was perfect. Even for those with hearing issues. The talk was thorough. I doubt there was anything he did not know. He left the tour participants once there time to enter the leaning tower had cone but stayed with others until it was there time. Remember even small bags can't be taken inside. There is a easy system to allow you to leave bags mere yards away. A scannable tickets allows recovery of your belongings. It will take a small rucksack

The guide was engaging and energetic. She was well informed and made the experience one that my husband and I will talk about for years to come!!

Great Guide, Fun & Informative! Last part of tour - not so good! Basically got dropped off at a restaurant and the service there was not so good!
