Chicago Tours

The tour was very well planned and the story behind the buildings and places of interest in Chicago was very good.

It was bad that I could receive my tickets only through the app, which did not work for me (always just went back to my home screen whenever I tapped it), but it was good that attendant at meeting point was able to print my ticket, and also that she volunteered to give me an earlier time, which was especially useful because it began to rain during the cruise.

Notwithstanding the app indicating that Chicago was not served I found the Architectural Boat Tour on the Chicago River. Besides learning about the various buildings along the riverfront, it was entertaining. There was even a bar serving drinks below. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

What a delightful way to see the beautiful city of Chicago! We took this tour on a lovely, sunny spring day and were able to enjoy the tour from the top of the double decker bus. But it's good to know that the lower inside level is available for cooler days or inclement weather. Listening to the guided tour via complimentary headsets was interesting and fun. Bus drivers were very polite and helpful. Being able to use the day pass all day long and get off occasionally to see favorite sites is a wonderful opportunity. Love this tour!!

It's a good idea the bus to see many places in one day. The thing to improve is better signs of the bus stops, and some workers are rude. Don't forget that we pay as tourist to see and enjoy your city, so the human part is very important for us, don't be rude and answer like if we are annoying you.

This was our first visit to Chicago and we were overwelmed. We chose the Rivercruise because the Chicago river floats right in the hart of Chicago and such a cruise offers a much better view at the intetesting buildings. Top it of with a proffesional narritor Alex and wr had a superb excursion. Very special was to see to clouds float in between the skycrapers. That made it all a kind of mystic. Our tour guide was superb. The boat was in good order. The bar team were nice and welcoming. Other crew members were pleasant. The information provided on the tour was great for us, as we are not experts on the field.
