I bought two tickets for the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie; the purchase was easy, and the prices were better than on the government websites. The entrance to the Sainte-Chapelle is always pretty crowded, but we got in right on time. The groups aren’t too large, so you can enjoy the stunning view without being disturbed. Visiting these two sites is, in my opinion, a must; the Sainte-Chapelle alone is worth the price of admission—small but more charming than Notre-Dame, with all due respect.
    • Book a timed entry ticket to Sainte-Chapelle, a testament to 13th-century Gothic Architecture, with its intricate stained-glass windows and tall spires.

    • Besides the 1113 stained glass panels, the chapel is renowned for housing prestigious relics of the Passion of Christ, including a fragment of the True Cross.

    • Your ticket also grants you timed entry to the Conciergerie, a medieval royal palace turned into a courthouse and Marie Antoinette’s prison during the French Revolution.

    • See Marie's expiatory chapel, the Guards Room, and the Hall of the Soldiers at the grand structure abandoned by the Kings at the end of the 14th century.

    • Did you know? The chapel once served as an archive storage for the neighboring Palais de Justice for a certain era.

We were at Sainte-Chapelle quite early, abt 11 am and our alloted time is 12 noon. The staff told us to come back later so we went to next door and got into the Conciergere and we had a good time there. In actual fact they have 12 places to go and we only went for 2 places as we did not have enough time to finish all. So around 11;30 am we went over to the ticket office and told them we have to go to Sainte-Chapelle as our time is 12 noon. The staff was so nice that they said we can re-enter the building again after 1 pm. So we went back to Sainte-Chapelle, the line up was so long but was worth it as they have beautiful stained glasses all over the chapelle and it was so detailed e.g. they showed the full story of Genius, Exodus of the old testament. I really like it, and I don't mind going back again. The staff at the Concieregerie was so nice and let us re-enter the complex to finish whatever we left over and we did learn a lot about the French Revolution. Thank you so much and we did have a good day today

Very pretty church still undergoing some construction. The Conciergerie was a great self-guided tour, with lots of information on the Revolution. No issues with using our tickets.

I was a little skeptical about buying my tickets online, but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise—everything went smoothly, it was reliable and simple, and I highly recommend it.
