The queue was well organised and short for the tower itself. The tower is amazing, an unbelievable experience and well worth it, especially for the uniqueness and views. It is a must to go and visit. The cathedral is stunning, would recommend a visit to that as well, especially the wonderful artwork. The baptistery is wonderfully simple and atmospheric. The two musuems are worth the money and contain some amazing artwork. The experience overall was worth the money. I had wonderful time and didn't even see everything! Definitely would return one day! The ticketing is very simple too, only had to queue for a short period for the tower.

The purchase of the tickets worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, the meeting point was poorly described. Although we used the GPS data to navigate, we were wrong. Thanks to a short sprint and very friendly staff, we were a little late but still managed to get into the tower. Tip: the map checkpoint is next to the left-luggage office! All luggage is not allowed on the tower!!! Not even small belt bags or similar. Must be handed in!

The experience was unique. As I was in Pisa for 3 weeks, I had hoped to visit the cathedral, the Baptistery and the Composanto on different days. This was not possible with this ticket. So I did everything in one afternoon and evening, which is quite intense. But climbing the tower was the clear highlight. Feeling the inclination in the tower is special. Fun and a bit of a challenge. Really recommendable.

There was no need to go to the office as I had the App and they said it was enough to scan the barcode at every visiting point. All went well and very oganised. Piazza dei Miracoli with its attractions is marvellous and highly recommended to visit all with this combined ticket

Thanks to the exact time we were able to go directly to the tower with our tickets and waited about 15 minutes for admission. There weren't very many people in October. The temperature was also very pleasant. The feeling when climbing the stairs was very special!

We received the tickets by email immediately after payment. They were recognized without complications at the entrance to the cathedral in Pisa as well as the checkroom and entrance to the Leaning Tower. The price was okay compared to other providers.

We enjoyed going up the tower, having no time limit whilst inside the tower at all - but just being able to walk around and sit and enjoy the views. It was straight forward to queue up, and easy to store your bags in the lockers proivided.

Accessibility

The climb involves 273 steep steps with no elevators, making it inaccessible to wheelchair users and guests with cardiovascular issues.

Children under 8 cannot climb, and those aged 8–18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Additional information

Remember to wear modest clothing covering knees and shoulders as the visit includes entry to the Cathedral.

Entry tickets are timed to manage crowds; late arrivals will not be allowed.

If your chosen slot is unavailable, you’ll get a new time within one hour. Tower climbs are limited to 30 minutes to manage visitor flow.

The selected date and time apply only to the Tower; other monuments can be visited the same day or within a year from the chosen date.

Cathedral entry is free but requires a timed pass if visited alone; it is automatically included with any Pisa Complex ticket, including Tower entry.
