We had an amazing experience with Siena Boat in Paris! I booked it for my family 15 days before our arrival, and at first I was a little worried because of all the spam and online offers you see. But everything turned out to be perfect! The staff was incredibly kind and professional. They explained everything clearly and talked about every important spot in Spanish, English, and French, which made the experience even more special and easy to follow for everyone. The sightseeing cruise on the Seine River was a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Departing from the Eiffel Tower gives it a special charm from the very beginning. Cruising down the river allowed us to enjoy spectacular views of Paris in a peaceful and very pleasant atmosphere. I recommend buying tickets through the Headout website, as it saves time and avoids queues. The service was very good and the tour was full of magical moments. The cruise facilities were very beautiful, with optional meals and spectacular views. I went with my husband and would definitely do it again. It's a highly recommended experience to enjoy and fall even more in love with Paris.

A lovely little cruise, perfect for seeing sights such as Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. We went around 7 and were faced with a hefty queue; dont be intimidated by it, it clears pretty quickly. But it was very busy in the evening, im not sure if you're better off going in the day but then you do miss the Eiffel Tower in the evening. If you're going in the evening at winter and are planning to sit on the top deck of the cruise, I recommend wrapping up because it's extremely cold. But definitely worth the money:)

This was a great way to see the city, but the description said the boat would leave every hour, however it was at various times. We actually left at 17:45. I received an email that said- We have notified the local partner about your reservation, and we will provide you with your tickets at a later date (latest by 12 hours before the time of the experience) and other booking confirmation details will be provided alongside. This is because your reservation is for a date far ahead, and the local partner will be processing the tickets for the same down the line. I purchased tickets for the same day. After communicating with Headout chat, I was told the actual times and location of the tour for the intended day. If you purchase macarons with the tour they are at a separate location a few blocks away.

The cruise itself was fun and it was great seeing different perspectives of these landmarks, unfortunately, it had rained a lot in the last couple of days so we weren't able to see everything. However, this is not why I'm writing this review. I had chosen the food tasting option accompanied with the boat tour. Firstly, the store is not on site and it is quite a detour to get the snacks. Secondly, and the most annoying part is that when I arrived at the store, they told me that they do not give out macaroons or meringues as part of the river cruise tour even though I had paid for that option.
