Good Show, but a Disappointing Experience – 3/5 Stars The A O Show at the Saigon Opera House was entertaining, but several issues detracted from the experience. Seating was not on a first-come, first-served basis, and a tall person directly in front of me kept moving, significantly obstructing my view. The show was also in Vietnamese, making parts difficult to follow. Despite a no-video policy, several audience members were recording, with no intervention from staff. Overall, a talented performance, but poor seating arrangements and a lack of enforcement of theatre rules made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Watching this performance at the opera house was one of my highlights from my Vietnam trip. The show has quite easily become one of my favourite live performances I have ever witnessed. The performers were extremely talented. There was many moments throughout the show I was shocked by the skills displayed by the performers. I absolutely loved the use of the bamboo sticks. 10/10 show, I would highly recommend the show to others visiting or living in Ho Chi Minh.

amazing show, was just aas good as cirque du soleil had traditional elemnts of Vietnamese culture but also introduced a lot of modern vietamese elements as well. Highly reccommended

I have watched this show twice already but this time I brought my 77 year old mother and my daughter who are both first timers to the show. They both loved the show!

It was great to be is such a beautiful and historic building. Lovely to watch the show which is a brilliant depiction of Vietnam from Past to a present day in HCMC. Very entertaining .

aah! [A] – Seats located on the left and right wings of the theater. This zone has quite a limited view.

ooh! [O] – Seats located at the center of the ground floor for the central view. This is the most popular choice.

wow! [W] – The best seats in the house, which have a central, eye-level view, are from the WOW! zone
