    Getting started

    Begin your adventure by checking in at the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel, directly above JR Nagoya Station. Collect your Ghibli Park tickets at hotel check-in; on Day 2, make your own way to the park and present your e-voucher and passport at the entrance for admission.

    Located in Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park, Ghibli Park brings Studio Ghibli’s iconic worlds to life across five themed areas. This cultural destination celebrates the artistry and imagination behind beloved films, offering immersive experiences for fans and newcomers alike.

  • What to bring

    • Passports will be checked when entering Ghibli Park, so please be sure to bring them with you.

    • All group members must be present together at entry; separate entry is not allowed.

    • Children under 3 years old must bring a valid passport for entry.

    What’s not allowed

    • Large luggage (with total dimensions exceeding 160 cm) is not permitted on non-reserved Shinkansen seats.

    • Food and drinks are only allowed in designated outdoor areas; no dining inside Ghibli Park except at the café.

    • No re-entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse after exit.

    Accessibility

    • Accessibility features may be limited; please check with the venue in advance if you have specific mobility needs.

    • Lockers are limited inside the park; minimize your belongings when visiting.

    Additional information

    • Entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse is strictly between 10:00–11:00am; late arrivals will not be admitted.

    • Children under 5 do not receive separate bedding. Please specify the number of children aged 0–3 in the remarks section when booking.

    • When booking, please reserve using your name as written on your passport.

    • Transportation expenses are not included. Customers are to make their own way to Ghibli Park.

    • The tour may be canceled in case Ghibli Park is closed due to the weather (typhoon, etc.) or other reasons. For information on Ghibli Park closed days, please check the Ghibli Park official website.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
