Carry your mobile phone, which contains the booking QR codes. You can also present your confirmation as a printed copy or on your mobile device.

Have a valid passport or photo ID ready for verification.

What's not allowed

Resale of tickets is not permitted, and any resold tickets will be invalid.

The ticket cannot be used for Keisei Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner services.

Bicycles or oversized sporting equipment will not be allowed onboard without prior permission.

Your guide dogs are permitted onboard the train.

Additional information

You must exchange your digital voucher for a physical printed ticket at the designated exchange locations. You will receive detailed instructions in the ticket via email after the booking is completed.

You can collect your Skyliner voucher within 6 months of the purchase date, and the return ticket is valid for 6 months from the date you exchange your outbound ticket.

The Tokyo Subway pass must be exchanged for a paper ticket within 12 months from the purchase date. The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.

The Tokyo Subway pass validity period (24/48/72-hour) starts when you first pass through any ticket gate.

Children under 6 travel for free on the Skyliner Express when accompanied by a paying adult.

Small pets in carriers are allowed onboard the train, with a maximum weight of 8kg.

Note that the Skyliner and Tokyo Subway tickets have separate QR codes for collection.
