Our trip to Auschwitz was an extremely moving and eye opening experience. We were completely immersed into the stories we were told. Our guide Marcin Łacina was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable! He had excellent communication skills in English and told us extra bits of information about every place that we went to! He was able to answer all our questions and made the experience what it was! I can highly recommend this trip with pick up from krakow centre. Very convenient. I would just have to say I was disappointed that the rule for no hot drinks on the bus was not sent to us beforehand, because rhe bus guide made us throw our coffees out before we had even started drinking them.

Pickup and dropff was super. Jozef (Joseph) was the person in charge and gave us all the directions on the way to have a smooth experience during the tour. The drive takes roughly an hour. Prepare for a long day, it helps being fit to walk, although there's nothing physically challenging other than the distance covered throughout the day. When i visited the temperature was 30ºC. Bring only a small bottle of water, there are vending machines where you can purchase more. I was stunned by the little details i've learned on site, the intensity of the guides and being right were such incredible and shocking history moments happened. Be prepared for an emotional yet interesting tour!

Booking was straight forward. We were picked up at a meeting point 5mins away from our hotel at the pick up time chosen. We had a bit of a wait when we got to the destination, but meant time for a quick bite and toilet break. We were then greeted with our guide and give head sets so that we could hear our guide at all times. Our guides knowledge and manner was on point and we did not feel rushed despite the site bei n very busy! We were then transported to the second site by our bus and met by the same guide. Whole day was somber but excellent, from booking, to driver to guide...5 stars! Would definitely use this company again.

The tour itself was excellent, the guide very knowledgeable however there were several attempts to change the start time even though booked months in advance, then the time was changed the previous day with no negotiation causing us to miss another trip!

Pick up was pretty easy. The guide who took us over was very friendly and helpful. Our guide on the tour was passionate and knowledgeable. She wanted us to know that history has to be learnt from and that this was a museum of memorial not a tourist attraction.

The venue is well run and it is set up well to accommodate the large number of visitors. The on site guide was good, but we seemed to be in a hurry. I would have liked more time to reflect and read before moving to the next room/buiding. The late changes to plans was very annoying. Our tour started four hours later than booked. It was dark before we completed the tour and after 20:00 when we returned to Krakow. It is misleading to sell hotel pickups when we are then told to be at a meeting point. Overall, however, the day was a success for me.

The actual visit was good (as much as a visit to Auschwitz Birkenau can be). There were two things I wasn't happy about, though - the late change to the booking time, and the fact that I booked the trip with hotel transfers only to find out at the last minute that our hotel would not be a pick-up point. We then ended up driving past our hotel on the way there!

Our guide had a very pronounced accent and her English was really difficult to understand. That's why we missed a lot of information
